So beautiful seeing how Jojo and Zach work together, the humility of both in taking responsibility for their words, like when Zach admitted to being a little sharp with his words. I love the excitement in your voice Jojo, and I appreciate and love you also. Wishing you a Blessed Sunday and a great week ahead 💯🙏🌹♥️

We always enjoy watching your harvest/farming journey. We started a little roadside stand at the end of our driveway (flowers, honey, vegetables, my wife's artwork) . It takes us all day keeping this little stand going along with advertizing on social media. It is nothing like what you and Zack are doing but the time put in appears to be the same. We also like when we have a rain day. We can do the laundry and cook for the week. Cheers.

Was cutting hay on a tractor for 14 hours, this was the 3rd day of more than 12 hours cutting, I think the sound of the engines zoned me out and I saw someone driving over flashing their r headlights, I looked back and between the two rear wheels of the tractor was a large bundle of hay that was caught. He took over and I slept for a day and a night.

Our wheat harvest here in NW Ohio has also been interrupted by heavy rain as well. But on the bright side because of a warm and wet spring we are about 2 weeks ahead of normal harvest time.

Don’t worry, Jojo, most guys have a breakdown during harvest. Mentally it’s tough on everyone, it’s perfectly normal for both men and women. It is the most stressful time of the year. In many cases, it’s the time to make their yearly income. I had a boss who lost his rag at me because he thought I “might” hit his harvester. I am half a world away and your reactions are perfectly normal. Great to see Zac and yourself able to talk it out. Down and tangled crops are a challenge, just add a storm coming and it’s pandemonium. Thanks for the video.

I just started watching your videos. This video brings back memories of growing up on a Wheat farm in Kansas. I was simply amazed at the amount of straw your combine will digest. My Dad had two IH 151 combines. The one I ran only had a 14' header on it. It would never handle the same amount of straw that your machine will handle even if you cut yours down to 14'. Hail was always our worst fear during Harvest but rain was a close second.

When I harvested Wheat in the 60's and 70's we had a car horn on the combine to alert the truck driver. we did not have grain carts. Harvest is a stressful time as you are gathering your pay for the year. Don't worry. Every truck driver messed up an unloading,

I know all about unplugging a John Deere. Newer combines have access panels the one we had didn't. You had to climb down inside to dig it out. Also it's about 90° outside so about 120° inside. The only warning you had it was about to plug was when the belts would squeal from being stalled. Too late 😖😡. This was 45 or 50 years ago. FARM ON!!!!!👍

We cut and haul about 600 tons of sugar cane per day, every day for 3 months straight regardless of the weather. I have always envied grain farmers who can shut down for rain. During a wet grinding (harvest) I have seen the need for a bulldozer.

We don’t have much wheat here in southeast Iowa but ours made 112 bu/acre this year and excellent quality which doesn’t usually happed here. It was ready 7-10 days sooner than average. Guess that early hot spell we had really pushed it along👍. What’s your irrigated making this year?

You're hoping for rain and we in the Mississippi Valley are watching the river as the flooding in Iowa and Minnesota is pushing the river higher. Luckily for those of us south of St. Louis, the Mississippi widens out and its capacity to hold water goes way up. Currently it looks like the river might push up against flood stage, but we will hopefully be spared flooding. Farming is definitely not boring. Wish we could share some of our water with you. Good luck with harvest.

Late winter. A corn field was being harvested next to our house. The harvester was probably from the 80’s. Must have gotten jammed because it caused a brush fire. I say that because most of the corn was laying down and the corn head had something like the paddle wheel attachment that I’ve only seen with wheat harvesting.
