You can use something called a void chest that pretty much acts like enderchest to Transfer the iron over from the factory to the shop but the void chest is expensive

Hey jojo just wanna let you know from when you made your iron farm if you look at the brass mesh that goes on a sifter sifter you can get the iron nuggets but you can get diamond lapis raw zinc and a few other stuff from just using your cobble machine then crusher to make gravel then into the sifter that will give you all the stuff

Getting OP isn’t the same as getting diamonds. I hope you’ll get some OP armor and a lot of hearts (HP) - and by a lot, I mean at least 100! (Jetpacks are OP!)

For restocking the shop and extracting the diamonds, why don't you use the storage interface you already used in your storage system? You could simply place a locked smart observer filtering on diamonds to extract them but only when you manually unlock it, and you can easily dump items into it.
