One thing Disney prides itself on is making its structures Disaster-proof. This means that if an earthquake or hurricane or any other natural disaster were to occur, the impact on the infrastructure on the park would be very minimal if at all and any damage done will be repaired very quickly

Yeah, when the earthquake in Japan hit, only damages to hit the parks were the pavement in the parking lots getting cracked and some minor flooding due to built on a landfill. Disney really does put a lot of work into making sure that their buildings can stand up to Mother Nature

I'm afraid the cast members are being extra nice to you. I've had similar experiences but nothing too crazy, I think they were giving special treatment, which if they were fans is pretty cool, but it's not unlikely disney has an eye on your experience and might be manipulating it to be more positive without you realizing.

I had my first Disneyland trip a few weeks ago and Guardians of the Galaxy was amazing! I love how they themed it and it’s perfect for DCA, but Tower of Terror in Disney World is perfect for Hollywood Studios.

The western half of California is slowly moving northward. In a million or so years LA will be as far north as Alaska! This movement results in earthquakes. Thank god it wasn’t a 7.5 magnitude earthquake. That would have been deadly. And it can and likely will happen within our lifetimes.

I think the Magic Kingdom Car's Land is actually going to still be in the frontier to match Frontierland. It's going to be more of a rally race through frontier, so o don't think it's going to be a copy and paste of Route 66.

Isn’t load slower at DL for Guardians because load/unload is in the same spot? So you’re waiting for the people before you to be done with the ride before you get on? Whereas Tower at WDW the track is different and the cars move on a track and unload is in a different place. So you’re not waiting for people directly before you to finish the ride?
