It actually has to do with whether you are midship, forward or aft, rather than being interior. Midship will be the most settled during cruising.

The higher you are in the ship the more you feel the motion. Also if you are aft you feel it more. My motto is mid ship up and down with cabins all around.

When the seas are rough, you feel it more on the high floors then the lower floors and more so on the outside rooms then the interior rooms. So sorry top hear Krista was sick for the day. When I did the very first Inaugural cruise of the Dream, they offered us the chance to bring a guest with us and I brought a good friend for the trip. We even had a GREAT cabin with a balcony. Lol… She ended up being sick the entire time! Live and learn

If the seas are really choppy, you’ll feel it whether you are on a veranda, interior, or ocean view. It depends on which deck you are on and if you are aft, midship or the front. Best area when it’s rocky are the lower decks and midship. Glad Krista was feeling better and was able to enjoy the evening!! 🥂

It looked like you and Krista had a great time except the rough sea day. My wife got feeling bad in an inside stateroom on a rough sea day. I went to the ship store and got their motion sickness drops. She put a few drops behind her ears and felt great again after about 3 minutes. We now have that in our travel kit for sailings. We are set for 3 cruises in 2025.

I was on a Celebrity cruise with family in November. I don't know if all cruise lines do this but the Celebrity ship I was on had a box with single use packets of motion sickness pills (not Dramamine but something that works in a similar way) in the waiting room of the medical area. If you feel sea sick on a cruise, you can always go to medical and see if they have anything for motion sickness.

Interior cabins are just across the hall from the balcony cabins. They move up & down with uneven flooring about the same amount. With the latest & greatest 'tech' I would think this ship would have the best 'stabilizers' extended to quell the motions of the sea. The higher up on a ship, the more motion you'll encounter. "THINK." The Treasure seems to be another wonderful Disney Cruise Liner with everything a Disney 'nut' could want. In a year, the boarding price will be way less for the same itinerary. I enjoy your vlogs for the content : )

The rocking is worse the higher you go. If doing interior low and center is best. Honestly you will fill it the same interior or balcony. From the swaying of the decorations it looks intense.

Jo Jo Guest Services really has great stuff. Keep taking it and it definitely helps. Also green apples, and one of the machines has Gingerale. Trust me I was there on our last Disney Cruise it was soooo bad but Guest Services has good stuff.

The worst part about the standard Disney sailings (Caribbean/Bahamas, etc) this time of year are the seas, which really stinks because the Merrytime and Halloween on the High Seas cruises are the *best*.

I experience Sea Sickiness once it was terrible , I could not even walk is was like vertigo ,,terrible , sitting in the middle of the boat where motion is less, taking ginger in various forms (candy, tea), staying hydrated with water, avoiding heavy meals, taking over-the-counter medications like Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) before travel, and getting fresh air on deck... do not eat, spicy foods or drink alcohol

Ok, I used to enjoy your videos but I can’t continue…what on earth does having an interior cabin have to do with motion? A cabin very forward or very aft will have much more motion than a midship cabin…but a balcony or an interior will move the same. You are on a ship, and the ship is nothing more than a tiny cork floating in a bathtub with someone splashing around in it. That comment you made was almost as dumb as Kyle’s a way back when he commented on Oasis of the Seas (or one of her sisters) moving too much because it was an “old ship”
