I finaly succeeded to do this mesh made by tchi6, but he never clearly said how to do this mesh, that's why nobody succeeded.
here's how to do it :
make a new game and go to the elevator crash scene: • Arkham Asylum Joker Me...
you'll also need "console" mod : www.nexusmods.com/batmanarkha...
now creat a new text document on your desktop and put this inside :
Set RBatmanDamageState BodyMesh SkeletalMesh'Joker.Mesh.Combat_joker'
Set RBatmanDamageState HeadMesh SkeletalMesh'Joker.Mesh.Combat_joker_head'
set RCapeSkeletalMeshComponent CapeComponent None

after that name your document.txt into something easy to remember like "jokerplayablemod" or "storymodjoker".
Now put this document inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY\Binaries
and then lauch your game , and stop in front of the elevator crash scene (before the cinematic appears) press F10, you'll see a green bar
and put "exec jokerplayablemod.txt" and press enter
if batman's cape disapear it means it'll work now continue to walk and after the cinematic you'll see joker insted of batman !! if its not clear i'll make a video dont worry.
