It’s honestly kind of sad to see Rocksteady abolish the sacrifice Batman makes at the end of Arkham Knight by faking his death absolutely ruining the (in my opinion at least) beautiful ending it had by just saying along the lines of “welp after he faked died he just one day decided to come back because (insert reason here)” oof this was just a lazy way of connecting the timelines to use post Arkham Knight Batman in their game, At least we can appreciate Kevin for doing his best for his final role as Batman R.I.P

@@davidinass yeah but it feels like they took the emotional build up and consequences and shifted into something that didnt make sense tone wise. Because Arkham kight made you think it was the end of Batman and Bruce Wayne. It also made you think what was the point of faking his death if he's just gonna comeback. Not to mention he agreed with Superman's plan meeting Braniac which idk why Bats would agree to that at all. I don't know how to explain it but I just don't like that this game takes places in the Arkhamverse

​@Achieme In the justice league cartoon movie. Apholips, Superman had a plan and they all died. This isn't new. Superman has dumb plan and it backfires and batman wants to be nice. Batman is still a man. For it being in the arkhamverse. I really don't care. All the batman games were great. I'm OK with suicide squad. It opens the world inside the arkhamverse. Plus let's be honest their going to come back to life. It's DC. Death is treated like a joke when DC is involved.
