the guy covered with grease and seen working on cars was jimmy cane , he was my neighbor. i remember him sitting on the stoop with my mother drinking a budweiser from a brown paper bag, cigarettes rolled up in his sleeve ,his hair would be perfectly combed. he was the definition of old school.

Yes they are, it's a shame what happened to most of them. According to one of the girls in the pictures, most of them ended up hooked on drugs and died young.

I was a joker back in 1959 fighting,girls,and turf rumbles were a weekly thing at 2:36 that's me with my girl at the time I can't remember her name at 4:26 I remember those parties we necked alot .

My mom and Kathy were cousins. Kathy is the girl fixing her hair in the mirror @ 1:24.

Yes, I have heard about the Gaylords from Brooklyn, don't know much about them though

@@Anonymou357 They were in my old neighborhood in Brownsville on Grafton & Livonia Avenue. Chicago just put those titles on the name and it blew up. Gangster Disciple, Almighty GayLords etc. We had Immortal Dragons in BK. Lower East side had Latin Souls. You can see them in Maroon colors in the Gil Scott Heron video called the Bottle💯

That's what people called white guys that ran the streets in the 50s n 60s. Watch Married With Children. Al Bundy talked about I was just a Punk kid running through the streets of Chicago. Punk and GayLords aren't popular verbs anymore
