If 100 years from now nobody is saying "look at Caligula from Anothony Jesilnik" then they're missing out because that is by far his best special and in my opinion, one of the greatest specials of all time, especially if you were an adult around the time that it dropped because American social culture was very against that type of comedy and messaging. This was right before the first big pushback against that impending culture (this was shortly before Trump ran for office and the internet became extremely edgy). I find those occurrences are when the best comedy gets released because it often embodies counter culture.

And I'm so freaking excited for Bobby's special. It's going to be INcredible, because he can choose any of his bits from his entire career for it. It could be like a greatest hits, and that's powerful stuff right there. And I hope he releases it on the Bad Friends KZbin channel because I want all these comedians to own their material outright and profit everything that possibly can from it for the rest of their lives, instead of getting a big Netflix check once.
