@Proper if you were innocent, it would not matter, especially for celebrities, and even more for one who triedto reclaim his honor, or for one who claimed to be a plublic figure of domestic violence and sexual abuse. in their case it would be an advantage for both of them if they were both in their right. but guess what ? one was not right ! that's why she didn't wanted it to be publicly shown, but she had no problem in harrassing him through the media. that's all there is to it on this case.

@Proper JD's lawyer said it themselves, the purpose of the lawsuit was to recover his reputation, what better way to expose AH's lies with cameras on court? and good thing too, notice how a lot of mainstream media is still backing AH (apparently a lot of those are owned by the same company that owns The Sun), but thankfully there were a lot of alternative sources reporting on the trial.

@Proper It was good for this case because the media manipulate and put their spin/political agenda on it... they still do it even after we all saw it and he won... I wont believe main stream media ever again about any thing. the judge decided to allow it because Amber first put it in the public domain when she went on television in 2017 and talked about it publicly... this judge was smart and fair, even though Johnny had a lot more evidences that did not come in

I had a client accused of slashing a woman in the face and arms with a box cutter. The attack made no sense because the scratches were superficial, and one witness said a cop asked him if he knew the woman because it looked like she did it to herself. But the woman was claiming my client did it, so he got arrested. He sat in jail for three months before we could get to trial. He got acquitted, and it was the only case in my career the judge made a finding that my client was factually innocent.

No, HE DID NOT ALWAYS KNOW HE WAS BEING RECORDED. She often recorded him without knowledge but he did not intentionally hide the fact if/when he was recording them. Their marriage counselor suggested they record arguments to try and learn from it. But AH was devious about it, primarily to set her spouse up and not to help the marriage. Her methodology is appalling. If she has "death threats" it's because women hate her for lying solely to destroy another person in order to amp her career, and to tailgate on a DV movement she didn't truly qualify for. She is not a victim of JD; she is a victim of her own malicious behavior, and it seems to show up in a lot of her prior relationships where she hit others and even spit at them. No relationship of hers (including friendships) has been sustainable.

Once tarnished, your name is extremely hard to clear and repair as there will always be people that won't believe the evidence that came out. Because of that most companies cut their losses and won't take a chance on that person again. Nor do those employers or companies want the drama the non-believers can stir-up. And as for her working, I wouldn't want her associated with any of my businesses but the companies that backed her may just double down until people "forget". And they will "forget" because they just have to see that movie or show that she happens to be in.

I stopped watching any of his films when allegations first came out. I do that with music and films as I have no interest to support bad people's lavish lifestyles or to consume their work. I was disappointed because he had always seemed like a very nice guy and was a fan of his. The reality is that you never know who is an absolute monster behind closed doors, they don't go around announcing it. I don't do much media consumption so I didn't see much beyond that. Now, don't crucify me just because I believed someone saying they were hurt by someone else. I don't question people enough and I know that. In my mind, there would be no reason in the world to lie about being abused (even if I wasn't a survivor of some of the things she claimed he did to her). So my first or even tenth thought is never 'yeah, but what if it's a lie that they made up to continue abusing the victim that they are now painting as the abuser tho?'. The shame that comes with abuse and assault, the questions, the accusations of 'why did you not leave then?' and 'what were you wearing' and 'you slept with him before' and 'but you stayed with him for so and so years', it all is so fucking vile and horrible that it makes absolutely zero sense to me to pretend to be a victim of those things. Like. I wouldn't wish this shit on my worst enemy. What the fuck do you mean she just fucking made it all up? You know? It just doesn't compute in my brain. So the result is that I always believed a person saying they experienced it. Especially in the public eye, where those questions happen far more. Anyways, I know I shouldn't have believed her. But I did. Not because she is a woman and JD is a man. But because she said she was harmed and it's the dumbest thing in the world to do if one wasn't harmed. Now? Fury. How DARE she use my pain and pain of so many people for her personal gain? How DARE she pretend to be a victim when she was the monster? How DARE she sit there and MOCK our pain and experiences with her bad acting of a withered woman shattered beyond comprehension? How DARE that absolute waste of oxygen attempt to further harm her victim? Thankfully JD got cameras into the court room this time and exposed her for the piece of garbage she truly is. Her legacy will forever remain Amber Turd for that is who she is. The truth is that it is exactly the victims and survivors of abuse and assault that she claimed to have experienced that HATE false accusers the most. No one knows fury like us. SHE directly takes our credibility away. She had the nerve to pretend she was one of us, infiltrate our movements and support groups, safe spaces where victims go to support each other as it is a great strength to have people that simply get it. It's why we so strongly support JD, because we understand, we know, maybe not every single one of us knows every single aspect of his suffering, but we know suffering. We know how it lingers with you forever, it affects you forever. I would give my life for a fellow survivor of those things. She had no idea what she was getting herself into. To us, she represents all of our abusers. Because they truly are all the same. Vile, disgusting, petty, cruel people that revel in the suffering of others. Survivors are stronger together and these bastards fucking hate it. Justice for Johnny Depp is justice for a survivor. And many of us will never have ours. So we celebrate his. Also, I think men vs women is the complete wrong way to look at it at all. It is victims vs abusers, not men vs women. Anyone can be abused. Anyone can be an abuser. Period. ~Whoever supports the narrative of men vs women in these situations is a part of the problem. We should all be safe. We should all get justice if we are harmed.

Not until the news spoke of actual allegations, legal proceedings etcetera. I only heard about it then, but there was a time Courtney Love flat out said 'if H.W. invites you to a private party, don't go' and apparently it was this open secret that everyone in Hollywood spoke about and new. I couldn’t believe he’d done what she said, but then came the judgement in the UK trial, and I was shocked but I figured she must have had evidence and witnesses to win! Then I was really disappointed that my perception of Johnny Depp wasn’t reall? How did I get him so wrong? Then THIS trial, WOW! Now I’m saying “How the hell did she convince them in UK?! The judge allowed Heard and her sister to revise their depositions whenever they were incompatible. At least up until Heard was deposed in Virginia, which happened while the UK trial was still occurring. Her Virginia testimony kind of locked in her story -- for example, in its initial version, Amber Heard's "Kate Moss" story had Johnny Depp on a different floor than her sister's testimony. Also, the judge's ruling that statements under oath trump other evidence seems to have been only been used to throw out the recordings, which were probably the strongest weapon in Depp's councils' arsenal. After that, he ruled that contemporaneous statements were better than any deposition in at least one instance. Read the Judge's decision if you like. You have to get into the weeds, but he refers to Amber's first, second, fourth etc. deposition versions like he's picking form a menu. After making his ruling, he promptly retired. I generally don't like conspiracy theories, but you almost have to come up with one to explain how a 40 year veteran of UK law could make such atrocious decisions. Inside the UK, where they know more about the details of the Sun trial, the decision is regarded as something of a howler among court watchers.

She keeps telling the lie that She won the case, actually the case was against The Sun. The Sun had to prove they had reasonable basis to believe her as a source, and her being JD´s ex-wife and primary source of accounts, it was fairly easy for them to prove that. One question that haunts me, how did she poop without peeing? Never heard anything about the pee, which makes me believe it was transported from the toilet. It’s just gross as hell any way you look at it, but was there PEE???????

She didn't pee, because her dog stepped on a bee, 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Good question. 😂 I don’t know if you saw the actual photo, but I’m pretty sure she transported it from the toilet. 🤮

I was attacked by my ex every time she got drunk. Bill is so right man. When it came out 99% of the people around us made excuses for her and the only reason I came out OK is because I never engaged with her violence and they had nothing to cling onto to make me the bad guy

6:00 Jonny has a security video of it. But the judge wouldn't let him use it as evidence.

Not only exposed her but exposed Hollywood for condoning this kinds of actions for too long.

I was, but didn’t he get cancelled for doing some creepy stuff? This case shows that you can’t take accusations at face value anymore though 🤷‍♂️ I did love when he raised his voice about Heard 💩 in the 🛏 …😂

Famous/privileged people who are spineless try to think they can get away without "Smart" people seeing through their "sketchy" ways and mental manipulation. I Feel AWFUL the MOST for her "daughter..."O"- Oonagh Paige...with her "Dad"...EM, abandoning her. What a wonderful childhood she is going to have. Amber didn't even want to have her own biological child , close enough to her...to be growing inside of "HER" body! Poor little girl end up being raised by a single narcissistic mother and a father living up in Mars. She will end up having psychological scars!😩😳😩😳😩😳😥😪😢😭

I agree with you Melissa. Amber is so selfish. I see no mothering instinct in her at all. Her poor baby will have to grow up with twisted “Mommy Dearest”. Not to mention this Amber Heard is little one’s example of “womanhood”. Sick

I don't think that this was a guys vs girls situation for the sane population. We know, for a fact, that men can be abused by their female partners. I, for one, supported the man known as Johnny Depp. At no point was my support for the actor Johnny Depp. If this doesn't change things for male victims of domestic abuse, what will? Guys, use your voices and speak out. Please. Anyone abusing you is probably also abusing any children you may have.

I love how the only legit defense anyone tends to think of is “ca’mon man! He was ‘high’ for extended periods of times too! Somehow-abusing yourself with dr*ugs because of her, is still abu*sing her…somehow 🤷‍♂️“
