So basically the comic is like Zenitsu asking Tanjirou for his blood type since Tanjirou is losing his blood and needs infifuation and Zenitsu needs to find someone who has the same blood type as Tanjirou. When Zenitsu ask Tanjirou his blood Type, Tanjirou answers B positive AKA B+ but Zenitsu misunderstood as *BE* positive.
