The vow drama really happens a lot in the Philippines.Most especially if the girl has a boy bestfriend and the bestfriend happens to be fall in love with her but he doesn't have guts to tell it to his girl bestfriend because he's afraid that the girl doesn't feel the same way.Sometimes, the boy just keep it in secret until he can. And he doesn't want their friendship to be broken so he just keep it within himself.Most of the men in Philippines are very patients and they respect the women. Most of the Filipinos believed that if we really mean for each other, God will really find the way that they will be together at the end.

It's a common thing to spread their products by these commercials and nothing seems wrong about it. Some Westerners saying "oh they wanted us to buy that product" lol. Ofc it was the marketing strategy and proves that orgnaizations and federations are not only the ones who creates motivational video.. but also the brands. These commercials are only online especially in their KZbin channel. Filipinos are tech-savvy and especially text and phone savvy people. One will watch a video from Jollibee's KZbin channel and then the next day, a million of people watched it already. It can happen so fast, 'cause like almost everyone is on their phone all the time and everyday.

They go in order. Crush has sequel called homecoming - personal favourite. Vow has a sequel called perfect pairs. The tear jerker is ‘date’ and it’s sequel tribute or parangal then the latest is ‘choice’. There are new ones, called ‘apart’ and ‘space’. They’re all really good ❤️

This was meant for the Filipino market, which you’re probably not familiar with. This goes straight to the values Filipinos hold dear - family, self-sacrifice, resilience and determination. Also, flashy, cool commercials won’t work for Filipinos. Tugging on their heartstrings works better as a marketing tool. “Companies with hearts” that understand Filipinos find more success there. 2:55 in the Philippines we switch from Tagalog to English most of the time, and sometimes we also use Taglish where the whole sentence will be in Tagalog but the verb will be in English. “Na-PRINT mo na ba yan?” (Have you printed it already?), and Englog is the vice versa of it. The sentence is in English, but the verb will be in Tagalog. “Gusto ko mag BUY ng damit sa Robinson” ( I want to buy clothes in Robinson) the reason for this is because English is also our national language, and there are Tagalog/English words that doesn’t have the same equivalent to our language.

To answer your question whether Jollibee airs shhorter version of these commercials - - - Jollibee has its own TV Show, thus air the full mini-series during their air time. 30s, 15s commercials are different campaigns for TV networks... see the latest, "Eats More Fun in the Philippines". The mini-series are literally made for social media audiences, more specifically catered to Expats/OFWs, their families (OFW is Overseas Filipino Workers) and circle of friends who have warm ties to the Filipino community, i.e., understands and emphatizes to the culture including values. It may be cheesy to you, but understand that your cultural background is very different from Filipinos where sacrifice for family matters more than self-gratifications; building a relationship is always expected to last without the convenient escape of divorce - happiness of the other person is always considered, etcetera.

These are filipino commercials, most of them are cheesy but they are inspirational and teach lessons to kids. Filipinos love these kind of commercials because despite of its cheesiness, it touches the soul. It’s a culture thing, that is why asians are respectful and family oriented. And what I meant for respectful is, we have values like saying “po and opo” to elderly or asking for their hand and putting it onto our forehead and saying “mano po”.
