Im not having a go at you, as I know it is really hard to lose weight etc, but if you took smaller mouthfuls, and took time chewing and eating slower, your brain would be able to catch up and tell you if you are full. You arent thinking about the food, or even really tasting it, as you are just swallowing it. Take your rime, the food isnt going anywhere.

I eat potatoes or rice everyday. If I didn't give my husband potatoes I swear my life wouldn't be worth living😂. How come everyone on KZbin is a diabetes expert? Both my aunties were diabetic and they ate whatever they liked! They lived well into their eighties!

Food truly does mean everything to you doesn’t it ? Your facial expression always looks like you have been experiencing a form of starvation! As a person who has previously had the opposite feelings you experience towards food I just could never imagine enjoying food the way you do. I also have conditions that limit what food I can eat. Good job really as I actually can not stand the smell of food.

It's mental/psychological starvation, it's not actual hunger. You two are on the opposite side of a spectrum, both are unhealthy. You need to meet in the middle. It doesn't sound good for neither of you. As for the smell, is that related to your condition? There is a lot of food out there with many great smells to suit your taste.

When you cook your own meal, it's more healthy and you get to eat in any quantity of your choice . Ngl, cooking can be so stressful sometimes but I think it's worth the stress.. stay healthy and safe chantal

There are all beef hot dogs .We have those here.I get them all the time.They also make turkey hot dogs.Personally I am not a fan of turkey got dogs.

I love Jollibee! And yes, get the palabok! Make sure you get the little lemon juice packets to mix with the palabok to give it a little bit more sour flavor if you like. I'm so tempted to go to Jollibee right now they have one near my house.

We don’t have Jollibee, looks good though😊. Sometimes I take smoked sausage and slice it up in replacement of ground beef..it’s so yummy 😋 👍🏼❤️

Cherish them.My dog has kidney failure and I am feeling guilty about letting have people food all these years.I am sure it isn't the cause but I did know it probably wasn't healthy.He does have much time left and it breaks my heart thinking there will be a day he won't be here
