I always swore Popeyes spicy chicken was the best fried chicken around. That's until a Jollibee opened up 2 miles down the road. I was blown away from the size of the thighs and legs and Popeyes can't even come close to the spiciness of Jollibee's spicy chicken.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, since I found this video late, but y’all are missing ONE more thing. It’s fine though, because this is a more secret combo: Use the Jollibee chicken skin, add adobo rice on top of it, and then add gravy on top of it all. My family and I do this whenever we feel like it. Although, I do remember one of them showing me a short video of someone doing the same thing, which is amazing.
