Some people in the comments are writing that the game is cancelled. IvanG himself wrote that the game is cancelled AT THE MOMENT, so there is a chance that Jolly 4 may return to development. Such a great demo, I feel very bad for Ivan and his crew for what happened in recent events, but hopefully in the future this game sees the light of day to be fully released no matter how long it takes. Edit: This game isn’t getting cancelled, the developer said that the game is only cancelled for now, which means its on hold for now.

I have yet to bite into it, I skipped the guide when I started playing and got real anxious when like, two or three animatronics started to move, with no extra instructions 😅 caught me off guard so I exited the game like a coward 😂 but I'll be playing more of it later today

For those who don't know, this demo isn't really a demo, rather it's what they had finished of the game being released to us, as the games has sadly been cancelled(for now). This cancellation is due to the Head developer, weshek, being exposed for doing so bad stuff like not paying developers, pocketing money when he promised to give it to the team among other things. Due to that, the game has been cancelled and it was announced by Ivan today.

What you’re seeing here is the proof of concept that IvanG planned to take inspiration from to pull off the ACTUAL game in unreal engine. Meaning the final game would’ve looked even more realistic than this, which is baffling to me honestly.

From what I'm getting here in the comments is that Jolly 4 has been put on pause (for legal issues). My guess on how it's being settled is possible the change with mascots used (and probably a name change later on)

not really legal issues with jollibee's, but more so because allegedly weshek was just a greedy ahh hole who didn't pay his devs, threatened to sue minors for leaking models, lied about patenting the jolly 4 script, and many other things

The future of this game is SUPER uncertain, we just need to pray Ivan decides to uncancel the game, because, I saw Hunter Allen, one of the programmers of JOLLY 4, say on GameJolt that he contacted Ivan, and he said the game is definitely cancelled, but other people are saying JOLLY 4 has been taken by someone else to continue the game, I don't know man. We just need to wait, time will tell. Again, let's just pray that Ivan continues developing the game.
