@@AlessaParker I usually eat it with rice also. Especially musubi. If I were to make it a sandwich, I’d fry the spam thin, slice up cucumbers and tomatoes, and top it with kewpie mayo. The fresh and crispness from the veg will balance out the saltiness while the mayo adds a little richness.
