We check out Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby for the first night of Jollywood Nights! What follows is a series of unfortunate wait times. Let's see if it is worth it.

The consensus seems to be this event was a swing and a miss. It is a 1st time event which you can give some wiggle room on but it seemed to be lackluster in its execution. That is the most surprising part since Disney has done other events

There is no sugarcoating this event. Been going since the 70's and this event shows why Disney is no longer at the top. Walt would be so ashamed.

The excuse for the night was that it was their first night, but agree Disney has done many events before and should have something like this worked out. They try to do everything digital and sometimes that's not the best route to go.

They refunded our tickets today when I explained this and the inside check in ridiculousness. We’lI give it another try after they have 6 or so under their belt.

Definitely wasn't worth it. We did virtual queue for outside patio. 45 min wait, but got text in 30. Once seated the service took about 1.5 hours from seated to leave. We could have been out in 20-25 min but the server kept dissappearing on us.

I will say our waiter inside was very fast. But I know when we were walking in another couple left before ordering as we overheard them talking to the person outside with the IPAD.

We debated whether to purchase tickets or not. Most of the feedback I have read has not been favorable. It made me happy we chose to forego this year. I’m sure it will be better in the future.

I hope in the future it improves and they increase they include Christmas theme attractions.

You expect a few kinks that need work for a new event but this event seems to have been a disaster. I’ve watched multiple vloggers and no Matt how nice you try and spin it Disney was not ready for this.

And it's not like this is the first time Disney has done a special event. I enjoy Disney, always have but come on.

So it looks like you spent $159 just to walk into a restaurant. The music sounds so obnoxious. If Disney would have been honest about the wait time you could have done other things in the meantime. What a joke.
