Think of a positive side Joma, Companies are actually competing each other. Of course any company would really try to pull him like a tug of war and those companies are really good. If you also think about it, this is also how Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerburg able to convince investors buying their concepts. This tactic strategy is inspired by the famous book The Art of War. You will do anything you can and find the best strategy to win over your desires.

This is why technical coding interviews are full of horse shit. So what engineers at Google have come up with lately? Look at Google+... an over-engineered piece of thrash that no one used. Remember Google Wave? Another over-engineered platform that was supposed to kill e-mail.... instead, it failed to launch. And the reason Google failed so many projects is because of the way they hire engineers. They hire engineers who knows nothing about PRACTICAL SOLUTION. Engineering is easy, just read a book or practice coding on leet code. Experience in delivering practical solutions is the real talent. And engineering interviews should focus on that.... not coding challenges.
