Life long dodger fan and passionate jomboy fan here. I have lots of love and respect for the whole jomboy team for how well they represent baseball as a whole. I’ve been conflicted because as a passionate dodger fan I know how badly Jimmy, Jake and the whole crew want a Yankees win. I just want to say thank you for still showing your baseball passion even though your team took the L. I don’t expect a lot of dodger love from jomboy, but being able to be impartial and appreciate a baseball moment means a lot to me. @@Guitarherowned Your team did great and you should be proud of them. They worked their asses off and showed incredible dedication, heart, and guts. If they had gotten some lucky breaks, they might be facing the Yankees right now. And as a Dodger fan, I’d have proudly rooted for your team to beat the Yankees. That game five wasn’t a fluke and the Dodgers didn’t give up the game because they wanted to finish in L.A. The Mets earned that win. And I’m sure they would be beating the Yankees right now if they had won the series. As a baseball fan, I’m proud of how far your team got.

Joe is a genuine professional and it's clear he learned under Scully's tutelage. Like watch Stanton's home run, even though his day job is Dodgers' play-by-play he still gave the Yankees a solid call to match the moment now that he has to do neutral calls for national networks. He even goes silent for 15 seconds as Stanton rounds the bases and lets the hit and the crowd speak for itself.

Hah, oh man, that unlocked an old memory. Patrick Roy, a legendary goalie in the NHL, used to be known for doing a statue of liberty stance after making a glove save. Towards the end of his illustrious career, in one of his last playoff appearances, someone went glove side on him, and he was so sure he had it, he had the stance dialed in already. Except he missed, and gave up the goal. The picture of him doing the pose, with the goal light lit up behind him, that was all over the media the next day, is an all time "how the mighty have fallen" classic.

Hey Jomboy. You think you can do a breakdown of Shohei's first postseason HR against the padres. I think it has a good storyline especially with the pre-match interview about being not nervous and it led to game 1 being tied with his 3 run hr. Not the most special I know and a little out of touch on my part but he really did pimp the hell out of his 1st career postseason hr. Or the Yankess/Guardians ALCS since it was filled with the amount of blown leads by both teams regardless of the outcome including the walk off HRs. This postseason was magical for all teams involved and would want to relive it again

This video is literally why I love Jomboy so much. Minutes on reaction faces. What a great video. Thank you.

"OK, Nestor, whatever you do, DO NOT start him with a heater in the general vicinity of his junk! He likes that!" Nestor, thinking: "Sounds like a good way to steal a strike..."

One of the absolute greatest moments of my life as a baseball fan. Sadly I was at a football game and watching on my phone with my dad but the entire section I was in seemed to be Dodgers fan. It was halftime during the game yet there was a massive roar from the crowd. Unforgettable .

As a dodger's fan, there is no better detailed analysis (oh and hilarious dubbing) of the game. Thank you Jomboy! Brilliant!

As a baseball fan that game was unbelievable. As a New Yorker it hurt to my core. A game of inches indeed.

More than lived up to the hype. Best game 1 of a world series in modern time. Because of the superstarness and the hype but actually surpassing the hype is insane and hard to do. There were many baseball fans created across the world last night for whoever saw baseball for the first time last night. The anticipation for game 2 is going to be epic

This is why I love Jomboy... provides some great content after what had to be a heartbreaking and devastating loss. Dodger fan here, and I don't know if I could do it if the tables were turned honestly.
