Regarding the hole "additions" in the trees on 10, the park had a kite festival last saturday during tournament asset setup. Lots of families and kids, but the wind here was crazy last weekend, resulting in many kite casualties on this fairway! An unintended new obstacle for this week lol

They were talking about A.B. winning Am Worlds. He did it in the same location Big Jerm did, in Kalamazoo/Battle Creek, 2015 and 2008 respectively. I heard A.B. parked #1 from the longs at VIRA and was the age of 14 at the time or something silly like that. It's 530' carrying trees. (VIRA didn't exist yet for Big Jerm here in '08). Oh, and believe it or not, there is some short, scrubby prickly pear cactus here in MI too. I've seen it at Whitehall and the St. Francis Church course in Orangeville. The Nashville prickly pear on this video looks much more robust in comparison!

I don’t really understand what they didn’t like about hole 11, all I heard was this hole is garbage, and then Uli bogeyed, I think it’s perfectly fine to have a non-birdie hole, disc golf should be challenging I do think courses (especially on the pro tour) though should have a balance of hole that favor righties, lefties, and holes with options to make decisions based on your shot selection
@prattacaster8 ай бұрын
I think it's great that the tour has ONE course that is asking for a lot of RHFH or LHBH shots, especially after Jonesboro which was just the exact opposite.

@@hagenschwark8908I don't think Jonesboro is a hyzer fest either but Calvin had no forehand and was competitive, almost won. It would be even more remarkable if he could do that same at MCO If AB is putting good this could be a lock fore him. Gossage should do great here too
@PaulUlibarri8 ай бұрын
You don’t know what you are talking about. Jonesboro Hole one, lefty hole, hole two, lefty hole, hole three lefty hole, hole five lefty hole, hole seven lefty hole, hole 9 lefty hole, hole 15 left hole, hole 16 lefty hole. That’s 8 holes that favor a lefty. With some holes that give no advantage to either with less holes that favor a righty. No complaints, because it’s a good course.
Gotta bring Paul back for the World's practice round if you play New London Tech!
