Having Tattar to breath on your neck in high level competition is so hard! She has ability to newer give up, and can play really well under pressure. But yeah, really strong lead card and second card also can do some movement. The total level of FPO has gone up!

Finns are generally more stoic than other people. It not not considered good form to be emotional in front of strangers. If she's on the same card with Evelina or Jenni, that's a much different story.

Where did the "two hot geese" name come from?
@Nawlins427Ай бұрын
I’ve never heard of strokes awarded on a sliding scale based upon season point totals. Only season point totals for ranking and qualifying for end of season tournaments. Points and rankings in order to qualify, a feat in itself, NOT for strokes.

There are great putters! And those two above belongs to the very top! And also difficult to compare. Different style that suits different situations!

0 in FPO and 5 in MPO had better C1X percentages this weekend. C2 is similar across the board. I love her clean form!

Shavin cream? Really? Disc golf will never be taken seriously between shavin cream and some of these trophies. Good job Missy thanks for the season everybody.

Because of big name sponsors (non-disc golf related ones) the prize money is much higher. In this event every player cashed and the prizes were equal for MPO and FPO. That wouldn't happen for a normal event and we're lucky to have them as a sponsor if they're willing to put money towards the purse and not just naming rights/ads. And I'd rather be watching an ad for shaving cream than 5 different sports betting sites.

I do not understand why Kristin Tattar has the no look technique just before releasing the disc. It is so unreliable. Yes sometimes she is dialed in but I believe she would be much better and dominate the field even more if she would copy some of the other female athletes form at least for looking back technique . The amount of time she is not looking where she is throwing not even with her peripheral vision just before the release point is actually mind blowing. And still sometimes she is able to feel where she is throwing perfectly that is some amazing instinct she has but not reliable. Because her technique it is so vulnerable to the mental state of that particular moment. Please don't give me she won everything excuses guys . I am a guy who watches every shot she makes with a magnifying glass because I am a fan but seeing this flaw made me to say something. Paul Mcbeth did the same correction and he is seeing where he is throwing much more with more control. Human Brain needs enough time and data to correct little mistakes before those mistakes happening before releasing the disc for the intended direction... That's why it needs to see the line you are throwing. I play golf and it has same kind of mentality. But discgolf has much more movement on a tee shot before the release that's why it relies on the micro corrections more than golf...

Strongly disagree. I've had to train myself out of the habit of turning my head too quickly because it causes me to rotate my shoulders too quickly. Specifically, if your shoulders rotate too early you are losing a lot of power. Some pros have form (or flexibility) that allows them to look forward without over-rotating the shoulders (Simon is an example) but it's by no means required or even recommended. And even those players are already fully committed to their shot by the time they can look forward. These are professionals; they know where they're aiming and it's not like they're going at a moving target. Like you said, you play ball golf so you know there are form reasons to keep your head down. The same is true for disc golf.
