Dave Filoni and Jon Faverau. At the end of the day, they’re the people who are keeping Star Wars alive and well for our boi George. Praise Andor all you want (I love the show as well, its so masterful), but Dave and Jon are the ones who remind me why Star Wars is my favorite franchise and series to begin with and as far as I’m concerned, to this day they’ve been the only ones to consistently unite the fandom and not cause a massive divide.

Seeing Dave Filoni get choked up is surprising to see. He's usually so calm and collected, but he's just so grateful for all our positive reception and having the opportunity to give us such great Star Wars, and it makes me all the more grateful for him. I don't always agree with some of the decisions, but they do ultimately work out in the end so I trust the process. Thank you Dave for all the great Star Wars you've made and continue to make, you're awesome.

I remember getting his autograph at the clone wars movie premiere. Who knew that since then this man would have a hand in making some of my most treasured Star Wars moments that are equal to the original films. Now that I have started working in film I’d kill for a chance at a chance to work for him! I didn’t know at the time but meeting him and getting to talk with him for a bit was honestly the best nerd moment of my life!
