Okay the correct conconction of life experiences, low sleep, substances (judge if you wish I don't care), a good soundsystem and blasting this last night alone in my apartment made me feel truly deep down for the first time ever, what it's like to feel love and no fear of the unknown, no guilt or shame, only love that somehow in 2024, I get to have the most beautiful and soul opening experience of my life alone in my living room partially because of this music. Random timing and exeactly what i needed in that moment, endlessly grateful for this youtube post and considering slowing this down the way you did. thank you so much for simply expressing this idea as a human and letting another human take it in as a reminder that Everything is Always Working out For Me and you and everyone. Thank you.

If something (like drugs or music) induced you to have a "spiritual experience" you've just experienced that drug or that music and it felt spiritual to you. Humans tend to put god into everything they don't understand or feel overwhelmed by. Doesn't mean it's actually there. The universe infinitely more beautiful and complex than the gods we created to fill the void of our imagination.

Love what digital tech brings to art... slowing down JH's work to creatre another work... like filming a dance and adding effects... only that would probably suck and be complicated, and this dosent suck at all and is +/- simple. Glad I'm alive now... Thanks for your art!

Although a lot of the melodic elements are lost in the slowing process, this is still a monumentally intense experience. In places it feels like it could be slowed even more to fully grasp the depths of the tune. This is an outstanding achievement!! Many thanks for slowing and posting this classic! And many thanks to Mr. Hopkins for being the genius that he is!!

Last time i did a decent dose of mushrooms I was introduced to that we do, in fact, have light (rainbow light at that!) running through our veins. Amazing. Still don't know what to make of it, but it's really cool knowing that we're full of rainbows and ancient technology and shit. It's wild. You're a whole dang little universe and all your cells are having an experience too, that they have by virtue of you existing. I'm not sure that I feel positive or negative about the situation, more relieved than anything.
@earlgrey2130 Жыл бұрын
There is no "ancient technology, rainbows and shit" in your veins. Your cells don't have an experience as they don't have any neurons that would even allow for any form of consciousness. You were just tripping. It's important to integrate psychedelic experiences properly. You want the experience to enrich and enhance your reality. That means understanding what you've experienced was a trip and to take away what you can use for your life. Not to come away with new-found delusions because you assume what you've experienced while high is actually reality. Every trip offers you wisdom and lies. Take the wisdom with you and leave the lies behind. Not the other way around.

Forwards, backwords, slowed down 800% This song will always slap, no matter how it's sliced. If any of you haven't heard it backwards, I highly recommend that too. Wild to have a song that gives so much, no matter how you play it. :)

Somehow this massive reverb you used takes out all the low frequencies and adds a lot of noise in the high frequency range. Kind of a shame.. most of the beautiful sonic landscape of the track isn't here anymore.
