Music For Psychedelic Therapy cradled me at my lowest during every psychedelic experience I've had. It showed me to let go and to surrender to the pain and discomfort of those critical moments and gently guided me until my feet touched back down to earth. For that I can never thank you enough Jon

I have bought „Music For Psychedelic Therapy“ a month ago, and since then I’ve been listening to it almost everyday. I love the chords (especially the maj7sus9-voicings), the unique electronic and yet organic sounds and the overall sound aesthetic. The moment, when there practically are no high frequencies in "Tayos Caves, Ecuador ii" is so soothing, it puts me at ease every time. The wobbling sound in „Love Flows Over Us In Prismatic Waves“ is ingenious, and the humming in „Arriving“ is so beautiful. Thank you for that fantastic album!

Wonderful! Like you I also find myself drawn to certain elements of a composition which enthrall and delight in equal measure; the other sounds somehow just become background, regardless of there respective volumes. To be soothed, hypnotized, enraptured - this is what music is so brilliant at achieving. Happy listening...

From Jon's Facebook (talking about this track): "Like everyone, I went through a lot of intensely heavy stuff in the last year. Somehow this music flowed through me in that time. I honestly have no idea where it came from - the whole creation process happened in something of a trance. I felt driven by a force way beyond myself and it was unforgettable." Definitely sounds like he was channelling the divine with this one. Coincidentally, it sounds like the types of music people say they hear when they have near death experiences and transition back to the source, so he must have been picking up on that. As a creative I've had very similar experiences but with recieving visuals instead of sound.

I am terminally ill in the eyes of our world. Dying of body agonizingly. Your sharing, here, touched my heart! I've had 2 NDEs and I can assure you there is a "tone" or "chord" that reverberates as you move to the Divine Center. I also feel with this transcendent musical piece, the visuals chosen correspond to the colors you "see" as you are in an experience that you can barely convey. Beyond hearing and seeing, you can find countless accounts of NDEs where what we try to describe is that of FEELING and BEING. To trust It, all the way. I did not want to come back to my broken "earth suit." But, I still have purpose here. Soon enough I will be THERE, fully. I wish you happiness, health, and harmony! Love, Maria C.

I like Jon Hopkins a lot, but I didn't know about this yet. It's just angelic in a way, at least to me. I was in a continuous state of dopamine rush, with only the intensity varying. I became stuck during the whole song and I had tears in my eyes. I loved especially that amazing slow transition, like a big curve going from a higher note to a lower note. It is there several times during the song. Just amazing, thank you very much, and I hope you'll always get this amazing inspiration.

On my first ever mushroom experience I listened the song Circle by Jon Hopkins, I already had the album but didn't see it in a psychedelic way at all and have no idea why I picked that song listen to, maybe to calm me down, the experience listening to this song was just breathtaking and of course words can not explain how beautiful and emotional this was. Now when I listen to this song sober, it just reminds me of how fragile this reality is.

I have experienced some ineffable moments down in the K hole listening to singularity. I can’t wait to put on some headphones and go on that journey again with the new album. John is up there with Brian Eno in terms of sound design and ambient textures that invoke mystical experiences through a connection with these frequencies he arranges into songs.
