@@jack604 lololol no. Francis is at the point where he doesn't care about money. He cares about how the UFC treats its fighters, which it will just never change without being forced to - hopefully by the Ali act or something similar. It's honestly better this way because it gives other promotions a chance to get on the map by signing Ngannou and he can go somewhere where he'll be happy. He's also indirectly bringing the UFC's fucked up practices to light for the general public. Like... dude when _Jake_ fucking _Paul_ has the moral high ground, you're fuckin up bad.

I agree Francis left to avoid this problem here it didn't have shit to do with his contact he was asking for things in his contract that he knew weren't possible for them to agree on it was a manipulated move on his part to avoid Jones in any way possible the contract dispute was the easiest and most convenient excuse at the moment for him to go along with so he didn't have to look like a complete pussy or get his ass destroyed by the champ

It’s hard for me to put him above DJ, but certainly he’s neck and neck with him. It’s very hard to compare a 125 pounder to a 205+ pounder. They both have these brilliant careers with moments that truly make you go “that’s some GOAT shit.” For DJ it’s the suplex-flying armbar transition and the revenge knee. For Jones it’s coming back to kick DC’s head off and then again to take the heavyweight title in a minute and a half. After having already established himself as an all-timer with his wins over Lyota, Shogun, Rashad and Rampage. All in very impressive fashion.

@@Thor-Orion I always seem to forget about Volk, maybe it’s because I’ve seen him come up and beat some of my favorite fighters (some with questionable decisions like Max and Aldo) and his victory over Ortega, I don’t put much stock in since Ortega isn’t active and gets dusted by top level fighters, and even though Zombie was on his way out already, he had the track record to prove he’s a monster. What are your thoughts on Khabib?
@Thor-Orion
@Thor-Orion 8 ай бұрын
@@RubenS39 I do put stock in Ortega. That win was before his shoulder started falling out of it’s socket from a soft breeze. He had only lost one other fight before the Volk fight and that was the Max fight. Yes Max was far too much for him, but Max has proven too much for everyone not named Volkanovski. I think Khabib’s resume is incredibly unimpressive. He beat everyone they put in front of him, and the Gaethje win was impressive. But he only really has 6 names worth anything on his record.

That man is not only a genious as a fighter in the cage, but also in this analyses before and after his fights. Even against future hall if fames like DC, the man is able to expose weaknesses, even talking about it before the fight, knowing his opponent wont be able to do anything about it.. we can argue about who is the goat, cause it's about accomplisments and all, but Jon Jones is the most talented martial artist of all time, no debate here, he is the ultimate fighter.

He was saying that Ciryl Gane was slow AF not Francis who we all know isn't as quick, but he was saying that Francis just settled for being on top while on the ground rather than going for a finish or something. Also noting that Gane showed no offense from the ground up in retaliation because he got gassed

Jon Jones is like dissecting everything he’s gonna do before he do it to you. He’s like a serial killer who maniacally plans how to butcher you in so many ways, shapes and forms then convey it in a way you’d be convinced that he’s gonna do it to you, because he’s capable. Dude’s a beast. But I’m a big Stipe fan, so, I hope when these two dudes cross, Stipe wins. It’ll be a tough tough battle tho… I could only hope…
