Thanks for the informative video. With all these moves shown, which necessarily keep the opponent on the ground, I wonder how you even have a chance of getting up from the bottom position. Since this often results in good pinning situations, the wrestler who has the top position at the beginning of the 2nd period is actually clearly preferred in the match
