What happened was that the car landed on top of the stationary green car, using the latter as a fulcrum - it was a deadly Class 1 lever waiting to happen. Normally, the default HL2/Gmod car props cannot entirely kill players or NPCs at low velocities, but they can crush you if dropped on top your head regardless of velocity. Had the car been more leftward, or you crouched, you would've been fine, but your playermodel hitboxes registered contact with the car, specifically...the top of your head. If the car was slightly lower, it would've touched your playermodel's shoulder and arm hitboxes, and you've barely lost any health.

Also, a similar phenomenon also happened at 2:40 Virgo made the mistake of squeezing his playermodel between the lorry and the train cars. What happened was that his playermodel pushed the lorry enough for his playermodel hitboxes to register movement, thereby misidentifying the lorry as a moving object. In effect, the lorry crushed him instantaneously. Watch the lorry in your closeup edit of Virgo's death - you can see it vibrating very slightly when Vigro pushed it. Brandon also died in the same manner at 1:22 - the green car (aka Jon's Car) crushed his playermodel against the wall.

I created a FNAF Gmod OC called Donny Dilophosaurus, he's a dirt brown version of Montgomery Gator with dark brown eyes and a dark brown mowhawk in the game and an actual Dilophosaurus Glamrock Animatronic with long, dark brown hair in my own Model; his Donny Fails is him facepalming, his Gmod Fails is him doing the same as Rye, his Triggered Warning is him going into Super Saiyan Stage Blue and his Brain Fart Alert is him just deactivated with fart gas pouring out from one side of his head, and his Intro is him rocking out on an IRL metallic teal bass guitar I have, and he also has my IRL black glasses.
