back when they broke up, i was so devastated and as a teenager, i totally just saw it as a "we're tired of being the jonas brothers who were on disney channel" but i almost feel guilty for not realizing how much deeper it really was for them. they were obviously struggling so much. it makes me so happy to see them so happy and healthy, both mentally and physically. i'm so excited to see where they take this new era.

girlgreenivy they were unhappy because they were essentially “robots”. Disney wanted them to make one certain type of music and dress and certain way and even speak a certain way in interviews. They weren’t free to be themselves. They had to fit into the image Disney had for them. Imagine writing songs that you feel passionate about and that say how you feel and Disney putting it in a box for them to sing “that’s just the way we roll”.

Right now I'm super surprised and mad at myself how I didn't realize sooner that break up was BIG issue not only for the fans, but like bros had real problems dealing with and now I can totally relate. And for some reason I always had a feeling that break up was something that Nick wanted the most and now he is the happiest one because of the make up and come back. I don't know. I feel right now this is just right, they matured, found themselves and know what they want! And the reason I love them, loved and forever will, is it was NEVER EVER about the brothers, it was always about everyone and everything. I never realized how big their problems got at the end. One week ago I read an article Joe wrote about their situation back then and I thought that I´d be okay with the rumors being wrong and them never getting back together. They´ve really grown up and I hope they´re able to resolve any new probems that might occur. In this interview it shows that they work on acknowledging each other and that they´re so happy being a family and a band again. I´m happy to hear that they´ve recorded so much new music. If there´s a tour I´ll be there!

I see so much of "Now bring 1D back". They're not as impactful and were not around as long as Jonas Brothers. And 1D also is still kind of fresh and freshly broken up in terms of time. Don't forget 1D were a manufactured television band put together by Simon Cowell to make money off of.
