Is your Transalp also kind of twisting the front forks when turning? It feels like that for mine even with the Stabilizer (Bended Metal plate underneath the front fender) And it also has a very soft suspension, to the point where you can move the whole bike with one finger.

As far as I can tell, my forks aren't twisting. Maybe some of your fork clamp or stabilizer bolts aren't tightened to spec? A soft suspension is normal. My bike already settles 2cm from its own weight alone, 2 more when I sit on it. And when braking hard into corners you can really feel how the bike dives in several centimetres. But if the forks are so soft, that the suspension begins to oscillate, you might have to swap the old springs for new progressive springs.

@@nickpetrol Yeah, thats what I've been considering, I'll also have to swap the rear spring/damper, it settles around 5cm when only pressing it down with one finger.
