I wish someone could explain to me why it is his voice & his voice alone that has that effect on me, and I am not the only one. I just adore his voice.

No many opera singers, particularly, singers that are new in the field can sing above the orchestra as Jonathan does. The power in his voice is outstanding. I remember Dmitri Hvorostovsky did that and it is something quite impresive. It moves you. Congratulations Jonathan!

I know that feeling, but there is a joy in knowing Jonathan's talent is being nurtured. The gift is recognized and will not be wasted or abused while any have the strength to prevent that. Jonathan and Charlotte were on AGT 10 years ago singing as a duo because their music teacher thought they would sound good together. That makes Jonathan 27 and Charlottte 26. They sang as a duo for 3 or 4 years before Charlotte went the musical theater route and Jonathan, you can guess. He has developed positively.

Jonathon is just SOOOOO good. To be honest I would really like to see/hear him perform in a complete opera. That would be something else. Personally, I’m not over keen on crossover stuff. I prefer pure opera music myself which is why I think he would do an amazing job in, say, one of Verdi’s masterpieces.
