Thank you for having our brother Jonathan on your program. As a Bostonian Jew, I experienced the total hate since October 7, at work in a hospital where I work and weekends in supermarkets. Every day and ongoing!

I am openly Jewish. While I cannot fight back verbally at work, I fight back visually by I wearing my Star of David. My work backpack is imprinted with Israeli flag. Local most famous supermarket meat counter refuses to sale me meat and Muslim check out clear refused to ring up my grocery. And all of this antisemitism behaviour are allowed by their floor managers. Allowed. So I Eat hospital food mostly. This is since October 8, 2023.

The Gaza Strip has been plagued by decades of corruption, extremist rule, and ongoing conflict, leaving its people in suffering. Palestinian leaders have repeatedly failed to bring peace or prosperity, using their own citizens as shields while fueling war. If Trump were to take control of Gaza, it would be because strong leadership is needed to restore order and end the cycle of destruction caused by failed governance.

Even after the 2nd World War, we have community swaps still happening. Examples below, * recent Armenian / Azerbaijan clash at Nagorno-Karabakh * The creation of the youngest country in the World, South Sudan on the basis of Christians to South and Muslims in the North * The second youngest country, creation of Christian East Timor from Muslim dominated Indonesia. * the creation of North Cyrus and South You gotta do do what needs to be done. If not, its bound to erupt at a later point in time.

In the direct aftermath of WWII, millions of Poles, Germans, and Ukrainians were forcibly transferred to with their new borders. Leaving ethnic minorities stranded was considered unethical. In addition, something like 40% of Germany was doled out to other countries as punishment for starting the wore. Contrast that with the civil wore in Yugoslavia where ethnic minorities were pressured to stay in or return to their villages under the belief that this would deter future sectarian wores. It has been a disaster for those groups, who are unable to acquire jobs and are regularly subject to racism by the majority population. There’s quite a bit of literature discussing the failure of this doctrine.

I claim England as my home and heritage but with our current pathetic leadership I would be more than happy if someone offered me a great relocation package. That is what Trump is generously offering the people of Gaza. They should wake up and take the offer as it probably has an expiry date. The other option is rot in the garbage field they made for themselves when they voted in even worse leadership than we have in the UK and that is saying something!

It is a great idea. 80 years ago Britain and France created the Middle East borders so why not changing the border by the stronger country of the world the US? It makes sense to do so.

Perfect assesment If this war ended tomorrow & the Hamas disbanded.. The Palestinian civilians which would include disbanded Hamas members & the released prisoners from the hostage exchange would reform under a different name & within a short period of time the attacks against Israel would continue to go on ... The idea Trump has to relocate the Palestinian population from Gaza to an area that is never used just over the border's of Egypt or Jordan & the US takes ownership of the Gaza region then places the US inbetween the Palestinian population that have been relocated & Israel... I would think apart from Trump's plan's to rebuild the Gaza region as a tourist destination which would thrive ....the US would also construct the largest US military base ever seen in the middle east that would include a permanent US Naval port - US Air Force & US Army ground troops. This would offer a lot of protection for Israel & put the US in a good strategic position to keep a watchful eye on Iran's activities to make certain they are not building Nuclear weapons & they are not making trouble for Israel ... This is a extremely bold move by president Trump & it has many merits to bring successful everlasting peace in the region than anything anyone has ever mentioned before ...

War is awful. For sure. But the aggressor -- the side that initiates the war, particularly if the intent is to annihilate the other side -- is to blame for whatever damage is done by the responding side. There would be no widespread damage had the aggressor not attacked. In the case of Gaza and Israel, Hamas invaded Israel and attacked people in Israel. Hamas didn't distinguish between Christians, Jews, Druze, Bedouin, Muslim, Buddhist. Anyone in their path was a target. Hamas' intent was to annihilate. So when Israel rightly responded, Hamas cried foul. Hamas, PIJ, other groups and even Gazans took hostages. The war that Hamas started could have been over very quickly if the hostages had been released immediately. So, after 16 months, what has Hamas wrought? Destruction. There were people in Israel who fervently believed in a two-state solution pre-Oct 7. Hamas and other groups like it AND the international Jew-hating, anti-Israel demonstrators ended the hope of a two-state solution. Gaza could have been the perfect example of a good, self-governed Palestinian neighbor but Hamas ruined that opportunity. So yes, war is awful. And the loser must pay a price. For Hamas, that means its own destruction as a government/military and as a movement.
