Very good and interesting work. I hear influences from Scelsi, Ligeti and Murail.

The opening reminds me of "Birth Of Liquid Plejades" from the album "Zeit" by Tangerine Dream. The record was described on the inside of the cover as a Largo in four movements.

So sensitive and intelligent. Delicate creative instrumentation. A superb instinctive feeling for musical time. A wonderful intuitive sense of form. The composer’s star is in the ascendant. Thank you for a magical performance. 🙏

Merci.

Does anyone know the twelve-note set behind this piece? I know that it adheres closely to the set, but I can't remember what it is...

Bored musicians playing boring music. What sounded revolutionary back in the 60's now sounds hopelessly dated. As is the Ensemble Intercontemporain, which is no longer "contemporain."

huh? harvey was no child when he wrote this, and intercontemporain are far from being children in the performance of his works. not sure what you're getting at
@@ragezen1706 I'd love to know which recording of this piece you'd recommend & why !

@@oscarridout82 haven't heard a good one yet. Let'sbe clear that these trust fund and connected state grant funded ameteur kiddie groups give way to professional level groups (haha,maybe..,probably not) this is sadly the "best" we can settle for...thank their rich trust fund parents.
