I respect your comment, But I do not agree because some black women have thrown Jonathan Majors away. They talk about him because he dated outside his race and then got a beautiful black woman. They also down Megan for standing beside him. I have read many others comments on other videos. It's sad. He deserves grace. We don't know what went on in that other relationship.

I understand businesses need to protect their brand and that's supposedly the reason he was fired by Disney. I haven't been able to understand how they justified firing him over the domestic charge but never had a problem hiring William Hurt to begin with. He almost killed Marley Matlin, went to jail, and had like 10 other super violent allegations against him from other women.

@@robertturi2264a couple of months before his scandal blew up, he said he wanted nothing to do with the fuckery of Hollywood. He just wanted to do his job and go home. This was in Vanity Fair. And they used that quote under the title. I think this put a target on his back. Look at how Hollywood was grooming him to be the next big thing. Remember those photo shoots? After the scandal broke, all these people started saying they’ve been trying to warn people for years. So what changed? If he was abusing white women, especially at these high priced schools, what changed? People took the word of a black man over white women? Disney was banking a lot on his character within the Marvel universe. So they planned all this, knowing his past? We were will into the metoo movement when he got on with Marvel. It never added up to me. 🤷🏾♂️

It amazes me that so many people are blinded by the subjectivity of the entertainment industry and those who support it. Surprisingly, Hollywood has forgiven white men like Robert Downey Jr., Martin Sheen, Kevin Spacey and Matt Damon. If they’ve been saved from being cancelled why not save Jonathan Majors, Will Smith, and Nate Parker? The cancel culture had Jonathan Majors in its crosshairs aimed at destroying his character and his career. But with faith, support in his community and a close circle around him, he’s persevered and is still standing. He’s a brilliant actor and I pray that his career will also survive and shine even brighter.

Everything about this was beautiful to me. His speech, Iyanla motherly love and doing what black women do (love, support and help our men carry burdens). His bold and honest love for Meagan, hearing all the black celebrities that reached out and supported him, and even seeing the support he is getting now. No one will ever get me to agree with anything that happened to this brother. I was ALWAYS convinced that if it was a black woman running him down the way that white woman did, the black woman would have been the villain. Black people need to unify in love and support towards each other, because at the end of the day, it is proven over and over again, that all we have is each other.
