So many channels rehashing the same thing. But when I saw you had a new video up, I knew it was going be a new perspective. I can see myself in some aspects of what you say as it pertains to a controlling mother and then the son picks the same. I wasn’t super controlling of my son, but I controlled the narrative with my husband and my son observed that. Before he got married, I said are you sure she’s not like me. And now over the years they’ve been married, I sometimes say to my husband he married someone just like me. Hard pill to swallow.

The Porsche vehicle belonged to Marcus the father. Joni offered it to Jonathan after his dad's death. They turned over the story to Candy in the Spring of this year (2024) after the call from the forensic investigator telling them that Pete was actually NOT cleared. They finally learned that Marcus & Joni lied to them. That's the reason they opted to expose Daystar to the world-----justice for their daughter.

I still hear hints of judgement and victim blaming on your part… bringing in socioeconomic status as a way to suggest intention is judgement. Abuse is abuse and by very nature, can only be identified by patterns of behavior over time. Every story of abuse has a timeline and it does not matter what your lifestyle is, rich or poor. Again, abuse is abuse, and to minimize someone’s experience over concerns about the timeline (ie. because they enjoyed their privileged lifestyle) is victim blaming and furthermore, confuses loving advocates who desire to be effective helpers who don’t want to become unintentional secondary abusers. Gaslighting is the major tactic used by abusers, to keep their victims in a skewed and altered reality, over the timeline as the victims are being targeted and victimized. Money and lifestyle has nothing to do with it. Very few people understand the complicated dynamics that surround abuse… victims come out of hiding for many many different reasons, and financial discomfort might be a common one. Can we just agree that though God exists outside of time, the human part of the journey we are on, which does exist within time, is guided and directed by God’s perfect timing for us… and ultimately, all of it is for the benefit of humans and for His glory?

Very good observations!!! The sad truth is that for nearly four years, they did nothing significant to help their daughter. If they were so convinced that they were right about her alleged abuse, they should have fought for her back then. Instead, they focused on themselves and their status, listening to Suzie. It's evident that Suzie has Jonathan under her control. Joni was correct about Suzie’s influence, but the irony is that Joni herself had control over Jonathan for so long. Now, Jonathan is caught between two women in his life, forced to choose sides-a decision that will not come easily. Jonathan spoke of the need to rebuild trust, yet he was secretly recording meetings the entire time. Believe me, no one will ever trust him again after this betrayal. These secret recordings, especially against his own mother, have irreparably damaged his reputation. As a businessman, I can confidently say I would never hire someone who engages in such underhanded tactics. His actions have revealed a lack of integrity that no employer will overlook. Neither Jonathan nor Suzie possesses proper professional skills to fall back on. Watch as they are gradually abandoned by all their supporters, just as they were cast out by Daystar. The worst mistake they made was going public with the story of their daughter when it was convenient for them, further jeopardizing her future in the process. Would they have ever spoken about it if Jonathan had become the president of Daystar? That is the question. It’s a deeply sad and tragic situation. Sorry but if Joni's behavior in those videos were a normal occurrence if they had not recorded no one would have ever believed them in a million years to the degree of spiritual abuse that has taken place in those audios. And we all know that if they would have told Joni about them recording there is no way in a hundred years Joni or Jimmy would have ever shown and exposed that side of themselves. My understanding is they went because of the threats and intimidation (stalking, tracking, bullying) from his mother which they wanted to stop. That's a pure enough motive for me. They had already concluded that justice for their daughter would not be given until their daughter felt comfortable enough to speak, which may be years in the future. This is my understanding. Going to Julie would not bring justice for their daughter. Which pedophile would out themself because of public pressure? Even if Pete is brought to court, what evidence do we have now? To me, it is more about the financial and spiritual abuse that so many of these big ministries are pulling on the rest of us. Jonathan has allowed us inside the organization and how they actually treat each other. The quality of man that Doug Weiss represents and the fact that Joni has thrown her family under the bus for him, is actually confusing to me. She could have chosen so much better. I think one issue Marcus is eluding to is Suzy’s SA by the chiropractor, which we know Joni blamed Suzy because they no longer had access to a chiropractor at the Daystar office. Also we have to be mindful that Jonathan & Suzy was told that Pete had been cleared by the forensic counselor/investigator before Marcus died. It wasn’t until late 2023 they were told the truth that Marcus & Joni shut down the investigation and he was never interviewed.

I had the perspective you are speaking from the very beginning. I think there are various issues here. One of the main ones being entitlement. Jonathan AND Suzy have lived in a bubble and probably have no concept of the the world, the money struggles, a lot of households live with. Suzy appears very domineering. I cannot imagine Jonathan having the nerve to go against what Suzy wants. Also, isn't it interesting that Suzy's father was or is employed by Daystar. I don't know if her mother is. At the funeral, Jonathan's comment about he would be running Daystar was inappropriate at that time. One of the men that interviewed Suzy and Jonathan has now made a video repenting of the part he played in this drama without talking to Joni and asking her questions. He did interview her recently and has issued a video repenting of the part he played in this. I cannot imagine Jonathan EVER being head of Daystar.

Could there have been a real investigation, jail time and/or probation with the agreement for intense counseling, and an agreement for he and his family to move to maybe Daystar Australia? The point is that they, as parents of the child never exposed anyone about that - child's molestation, and Joni covering up the events, - Suzy's inappropriate ordeal with the guy who used to come for massages - they never even confronted Marcus, who had was on holiday when he was told about the guy who was inappropriate with Suzy, then paid him off and never addressed the issue even with them. never dealt with, - not to mension Pete's case and polygraph test. It's only when they touched their pockets and lifestyle that they were jerked into action. So this proves the power of money, it trumps everything...

The case is re-opened. Suzy did acknowledge maybe she should have done more or pushed more. She was told to let God handle it and submit. Lamb's family are deceitful.

This Pete complicates matters as well. Since Pete seems to always be around and is a part of their family its seems to me that Pete is the son in law which further complicates matters. If this is the case its understandable why this matter has unfolded the way it is.

I agree with your take. When I initially heard Jonathon and Suzy on Marcus Rogers' program, I understood intuitively (like most people) their child was a victim indeed but intuitively knew they did not have clean hands either. If it was all about the child, they should have told Marcus and Joni (at the time), either Pete goes (leaves the family) or we go - our child's safety is the most important thing.
