The blood splatter tip is amazing - have to try that out. Jim Lee does a similar thing with a card and whiteout for rain/stars.

Real good tutortial. Very talented, not only in inking, but in speaking to all ages, and having all ages understand. Keep up the videos because I believe that you have unmasked the mystery behind the technicality of page processing. Most important, you chose a page splash, and a dynamic one, only to come to life with your brushes and quills. Great Job. James Wiemer

As soon as I saw you using that splatter technique with black ink on the owl-bat piece, white-black ink combo crossed my mind. Thanks. You made me realize how unjustifiedly I've been underestimating the art of inking for so long.

It can depending on how soft your nib is. I usually use an old nib (instead of throwing it away) so I don't worry about damaging it.

What would you call the best method to fix inking mistakes? White Gouache or White out, if either one can you please tell me how too use it properly. Im having issues where i use these to fix mistakes and it gets all bumpy and nasty with ink and makes my work look even worst. Im having a hard time getting it to smooth out.

What kind of ink is that for the majority of the lines? My India ink keeps like melting into my markers and watercolors. I dunno if I'm not waiting long enough, if it's not curing or what, but my lines always end up running into the color.

+Spuminha Nas Europa He may have been using the Raphael 8404 at this point. I know Glapion has mentioned before it's about the shape of the brush, not necessarily the brand, but he's also said that he prefers the shape of the Raphael over the Windsor and Newton Series 7 brushes.
