Idea for vlog: lunchbox snacks and desserts from various countries and lunchbox food from other countries. Maybe a country theme a day for a week? Not a new idea but using lunchbox snacks from there vs USA vs European and maybe China, Japan, India, Germany, Spain, Norway/Finland/Sweden as a combo. Would be an interesting thing to see what other kids have for lunch and snacks and have the kids experiment with it. Just make sure it’s made semi authentically. Or just a breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks from a country a day? Kinda hard to choose so you might want input and then a poll from people in that country. Also have you considered taking the older kids to volunteer for a day to somewhere like a soup kitchen or a food pantry or helping out at a shelter where there are other kids. Maybe they can help set up a play area in a women’s shelter for the kids that come with their moms or make welcome baskets for the families with basics like toiletries, face cloths, snacks and a teddy bear or similar for kids. Or have each child make a backpack to donate to a local school or place that collects school supplies and backpacks for kids in need. They are sheltered and I think it will open their eyes to appreciating their privilege. I think Lessi could appreciate it and maybe Dre could help pick out some boy toys like little cars to tuck in a gift basket for homeless family new to a shelter with a little boy. Just tossing ideas out. Charity work is good for the spirit and someday they may benefit from these good deeds. Maybe Edie can do a fundraiser for a local lgbt youth shelter someday. Loads of kids like her get kicked out of their house as young teens and end up on the street or if lucky find a shelter who will allow them to sleep there or just get some new stuff for living on the street like fresh socks to walk in and so on. Maybe they can do it as a team with their bestie also if they don’t like doing it alone.
