We have a group in the San Fernando Valley in CA, who have been doing this for years. They walk into the street between cars stopped at red lights. They're not only scammers, they're causing traffic hazards.

😢 Yes!! I'm in Michigan and these fake people actually took my Aunt's purse while my niece was giving a mom a donation she had her daughter or some sister distract my Aunt and we didn't even know till we got home. It's been reported and on a street camera . As far as I know there in the county jail . Over here off Telegraph road they are robbing people taking everything they get their hands on.

No offense, but it seems you don't understand the difference between Romanians and Roma. Some are also born in Romania but have a different ethnicity. I'm not dissing them, but when you make a generalization like this, I have to correct you because you can't put us all in the same pot, just because a thousand of them do this out of millions of Romanians. I don't think you would want me to judge your country and the entire population based on the actions of some minorities. Be careful what you say, because every individual has a responsibility for what they says and what reputation creates for an individual or a nation. Do more research before you speak, it's the wisest. And to make myself even clearer, not all Roma are like the ones in the video. Among them there are also good and hardworking people.

There’s a family that does it here in WV at Walmart. They will act like they can’t speak English, will hold a sign saying they are homeless, have kids, need diapers, formula etc and then they will take it back to the store if given the merchandise instead of cash. They have been ran off several times by the managers but they continue to do it

We have professional beggars here in south N. Jersey. In the summer there was a lady sitting with a sign that she has 3 kids and she needs help. People found out she was scamming and people posted on Facebook not to give. We have a guy who stands at the exit of a highway everyday. I guess some people must give him money. His car is parked across the street at a restaurant.

This has been happening a lot in Nashville Tennessee. I called the police and channel 4 News. Now they are standing in the middle of busy roads. I had my window down and a girl walked up asking me for stuffed animals for her kids that were in my back window. First of all my arms aren't that long and second of all if you think I'm going to pull over you're crazy. She was very persistent, aggressive and begging please please. The girl was young and I just felt like maybe she was being trafficked but it's just disgusting that they are saying it's a funeral because that really tugs that people's heartstrings. What really amazed me was I saw them and called the police and then when I saw them 3 months later it was the same child on the poster that they claimed they were trying to bury. If you try to take their picture they hide their face behind the posters. I have photos if you are interested Jonathan. Maybe if we post all of their pictures that will help.

Not funeral signs but every other sign out here in Aurora. I gave once to a little boy and his father, $5 because they weren’t meth addicts and the kid was so skinny. The kid was so happy, when he was at the edge of a major interstate. He did go back to his dad, and turned to me and kept waving and saying TY. But otherwise I shake my head at them, they look away in shame. God tells us to be kind and help the needy not scammers and addicts

In Vancouver Washington there are women with signs asking for money for formula for their baby, I didn't know 5 year olds drank formula. Never seen a baby with these women, ever!

Yet they have very expensive electric violins and speakers as they pretend to play very well on. Yet it was a recording. When I inquired about their sign the woman got very irate and started cursing at me. They went to a van with Virginia plates.

JR we have them here too in the suburbs of Chicago when you stop for the light they’re carrying a sign and they’re acting like they’re disabled and they have a bucket too , and one time we seen it where they will give you one single rose ,I think you’re gonna give more money. Usually you don’t see that too much or they have their children in the buggy out there and the parents are with the kids wanting to collect money. What a scam. And the rose was five dollars a piece. I only seen that one time
