Great video and insight! What helps (@1:31) me to get back to my lead leg in transition is to feel that my right heel moves pushes back toward the 5oclock position. This ground force helps me perfectly to get back to the left while my right leg "pushes" the right hip through impact.

Excellent video Jonathan on how the vertical force can transform the golf swing! In viewing this video Jonathan, I can see where balance is key with the upper half and lower half of the body in order to produce good shots. I know that I am a victim at times when this balance is not there in my swing and errant shots are the result! Well Done Jonathan!!! Always look forward to your input!

Jonathan. Could the absence of pressing down on the trail toe cause a cupped hand action, trying to contact the ball from the back foot?

I thought the leading leg should have about 70 to 80 percent of the weight.
