Texas Longhorns fan here, he is a straight dog, was a very good back his senior year in HS and had high production. I just don’t get this prospect. He is not fast. Often the tall dudes have top end. He doesn’t look tough to tackle. Doesn’t get skinny in the hole. Wonderful in screen game, no doubt. I know what u mean. But as a lions fan getting carved up for year by Aaron jones, I just don’t see that upside. Jones was a magician for perfect decision making. I realize jones didn’t profile as much of an athlete coming out. Do u think he blows up to 225? I don’t think he is as good as a Jeff Wilson or Aaron jones. However, I can see a world where he is the next kamara or eckler in the 3rd down game. As an aside, it is interesting how the industry just completely disregards knee injuries for rbs these days.
