Burke was extremely jealous and resentful of his sister. He had a history of attacking her. I think he was jealous of all the attention she got at the party and in a fit of rage hit her over the head with the flashlight when they got home( maybe after she tried to eat some of his pineapple)

Melissa, no. If you mean the golf club incident, it was a witnessed accident with Burke swinging the golf club not realising Jonbenet had come up behind. What other violent incidents? None appear medically recorded, I havent seen any photos where she is bruised or scratched? I'm sure there were fights, my brother could be awful to me too, but not regular violence. The smeared faeces. Was this done on a regular basis of just that night? Could it not be Patsy beyond angry with Jonbenet if she had an accident? Burke isn't right. But it doesn't mean he killed his sister, and the throttling, or even being suspended on the cord happened first. Could he do that? Or people known to John making a video film which went drastically wrong?

Nobody would think that Patsy was neglecting her kids because of her involvement with them and time spent, especially with Jon Bonet, but it is clear that she was overextended and distracted, trying to keep up with pageant achievements, maintaining the property and house, entertaining and attending holiday functions, traveling and meeting social obligations to and with her husband, and coping with her own ongoing medical concerns. This was a train wreck waiting to happen. Her attention was clearly not on the mental, emotional, and physical health of her two children.

Little girls love makeup. If they can have a little bit of lipstick on their lips they think that is great. This child was heavily made up for all of her contests. She equated that with being pretty and properly ready for whatever she was doing. She was probably very upset at the unspoken rules about when and where a little girl wears makeup, as any little girl would be, probably was arguing about it. By the way, what is with Colorado? Gannon Stauch, Suzanne Morphew and Shannan Watts? Statistically way off the chart for so many murders in one state.

So to believe that would be to believe that mom (who seemed to favor her mini her) decided not to try to seek emergency services for her child instead opted to cover it up for burkes sake but then allowed burke to be questioned by investigators. I have no doubt that Jon Bennett was being abused sexually, in her autopsy it noted that her hymen was intact but there was talcum powder high up, this was quoted by Dr Cyril Wecht pathologist. It was noted that the child would defecate in her bed and was incontinent of urine, this is an indication that the child wishes to deter the abuser.

It is important to note that when a little girl cries because she is "not pretty" it is usually about a dress she wanted to wear or a hairstyle she wanted that mom said no to. A specific person not complimenting them etc. doesn't come in to play until a bit older.

The stalker/intruder/murderer story would have had much more credibility if she hadn't written the ridiculous ransom note! It is difficult to hide characteristic mannerisms and style, and it was lengthy and handwritten! One has to wonder what her husband felt about this crazy cover up plan. Once the note was presented to the police, he had to go along with the narrative.

If somebody was worried about a intruder and they knew one of their kids was missing they would make sure the other child never leaves their sight out of fear the intruder is still in the home and to see if they saw or heard anything... You're making too much out of the makeup thing. First of all, little girls wanting to play with makeup is absolutely normal at that age (and even younger). My bff and I "practiced" putting on makeup for fun during imaginary play when we were 6 and 7. My own child got into my makeup when she was 4. Little ones want to copy things they see grown-ups doing: cooking, cleaning, fixing things, dressing up, etc. No big deal. Second, JonBenet was in glamour pageants. It's not hard to understand that she was confused by why it's okay to wear a lot of makeup in pageants but not okay to wear makeup before going to hang out with friends. Mom dressed up before going places, so why couldn't she? JonBenet would have been confused about what she was expected to do and when because the glamour pageant world and the world of being a regular 6 year old little girl did not mesh. In one world, she's supposed to dress up, wear tons of makeup, and essentially look like a mini grown up in a 6 year old little body. In the other, she was supposed to dress and act like a little girl. Just put yourself in her place and try to imagine how a 6 year old would process this information. That being said, what in the world does her playing with makeup and wanting to wear a dress have anything to do with her murder? I have difficulty understanding why every single thing in JonBenet's young life has been scrutinized and implied to be "weird, unusual, unnatural." It really wasn't. The only thing different about JonBenet than other little girls is that she was in glamour pageants, which a lot of little girls are in, so even that's not "unusual."

Watched a few of these videos but after 4-5 of them it starts to become tiring, with him repeating the same thing over and over with different words as if we are children and he has to explain it to us (or maybe just to lengthen the video) that talks a whole lot about not a lot, and often using clickbait titles to lure listeners in. So much of what he says is clutching at straws, at times he's talking like it's one of the parents that did it, other videos as if it was Burke. Just depending on what he decides to title his video he's off rambling about it saying the same thing over asnd over and over again in diffferent ways and often talking slowly which is more aggravating considering the content your listening to. Wondfer how much money he has made of all his Jobenet videos? I'm feeling pleased as I know I won't be lured back by any of his "out there" headlines to only listen to (usually) 4odd mins of intro "going to go over again talk to finally promoting his channel to subscribe etc to be then left with 18odd min of content that often ends 3-4 mins before the end of the "actual topic" so usually most videos are around 8odd mins of talk advertising listeners just don't usually like. Bit of a scammer if you ask me.

Though i pray it isn't the case, i think that Jon Benet was likely a victim of sexual abuse also. However, i do want to add that bed wetting is the manifestation from some sort of emotional or mental trauma that has not been dealt with.. Though it is common for sexual abuse victims to wet the bed, it is not always the reason for someone doing so.

As far as the make-up thing it's possible doing the pageants made her feel pretty but had an adverse effect of making her feel ugly without it all on. Made her self conscience to not look that way. Ok I never wore make up until I was allowed I think I was early teens....after that became my routine I would feel ugly or sickly looking without it. I am 42 years old now and more comfortable in my own skin so I barely ever wear make up. I can't imagine though feeling that way at such a young age. That makes me so sad for little JonBenet. Women dress up mainly for themselves, other women, men come last. That is my opinion. Unless you are the street corner type lol then it would be for men strictly.

And my mother wasn't a pageant queen and I wasn't allowed to wear make up and I didn't take part in pageants. So it's a completely normal little girl thing to do. Would seem even more so in the case of Jon Benet . Also I can relate as a little girl I hated dresses and my mom always wanted me to wear what I deemed ridiculous girly dresses.

Susan Stein wouldn't let the police in the house with the first 911 call believe the kids were doing som ething wrong Doug Stein how old is he is he 10 Burke was nine they couldn't prosecute him because in the eyes of the law you cannot prosecute or implicate a child in any crime under the age of 10 in the state of Colorado I believe maybe Doug Stein was with Burke that night and JonBenet he was involved in jonbenet's death he was a little older than Burke makes sense to me suspicious they never called the steins to come when they found the ransom note I believe that maybe Doug Stein was involved
