Joneng food grade DIN stainless steel short elbow processing

In this video, we show how the stainless steel elbow is processed.
Elbow consists of a curved pipe structure that allows the fluid to change its flow direction within the pipe. Usually it has 45deg, 90deg, 180deg. Sometimes other special angle(like 60deg) can be customized according to the requirement. The fist step of processing is cut the shape from the
pipe and make it curve. Pushing the small ball through out the elbow makes the inside smoother. Then go with cutting the edge, polishing and laser marking. After these processes, we have a perfect elbow.
The elbow is widely used for food, milk, beer, water , beverage applications .
Available in size: DN10/1/2” to DN250/10”
Grade:SS316L/SS304
Surface treatment: Ra 32μin (0.8μm) as default
