I can find vocal ranges of any male singers, but I'm not confident with doing so with singers whose music I don't listen to as much as SHINee, BoA, SNSD, f(x), TVXQ! or ChoColat, since I could probably miss out on so many notes and not have an accurate vocal range, but soon, this week, I will post Onew's vocal range as well :3

@kws8816 onew doesn't really have a mix neither is it strong, he has it, yes, but it's not overly used, he barely ever goes to the fifth octave, I've seen him hit a G5 once, but he is really good with his pulled chest and everything else...but yeah, i think songs like 하나 (One)'s F5's are good and don't sound strained from Jjong's side, and jjong's range up until Eb5 is pretty natural

Oh, I'm taking a small haitus from my vocal lessons. I still do exercises to keep my voice limber though. My voice changed from a lyric to a dramatic, but I've been able to maintain my coloratura abilities due to a lot of training.

@eternalsilverlight he didn't sing it, but he said it.....he said once that he sang a C6 while practicing, and then he showed the F#5, and by the way he sings G#5, it's not hard to believe he would get it

@kws8816 wow, that video is really recent and i agree, i find his mixed voice to be kind of annoyed and overrated, i mean, sure he can sing high, but if he cant sing beautifully in a normal range, what's the point? the good thing is, he can, so it's alright........and on that video, that song has a really pretty melody.......but nah, he only went up to F#5 there, it's very high, but not as good as he could normally do it, and not higher than he showed before, but thanks a lot for the video!

@arualHM Changmin has no chest voice when he sings high, he uses mix and mix only, his range is pretty high because his mix is just so naturally developed, he can hit B5's at ease, he can certainly sing very high....Jjong's problem is....his mixed is not chesty enough and his higher notes aren't well trained in technique so oh well, changmin is lucky for having a natural mix

Actually most singers will hit more than 3 octaves, if you count those super high head voices that doesn't appear in pop songs. Just that 'usable' vocal range in pop songs (general) probably only allow them to have ranges 3~3.5 octaves.

@KitsuneMale This may be unclear. Right before 1:54-1:56 is Jonghyun. After that, it goes right back to Key. So 1:54-1:56 is Key. There's no sign of Jonghyun in that bit. Before it, the clip of Lucifer, yeah, that's Jonghyun, but the next clip of Lucifer is Key singing.

Well, it's both, there's an online tuner which tells me the notes it hears, but I then sing the line he just sang and I find the lowest note and hit it for a longer period of time so the software can clearly tell, but you can also use the piano, A2 is the note A in the second octave of a piano and C6 is the C 2 octaves above middle C, but I usually just sing back the notes, I can tell some others, I use everything I have! :3
