Absolutely insabe about Season 4 bc like... ok imo, with S4 being a lot about what makes a monster human, one of the last truly human experiences Jon had before the coma was learning that Martin had a crush on him. He didn't Behold that knowledge, he just found out relatively nomally, if listening to a tape recording of your coworkers is considered normal. But like. I think Jon thinks of Martin as the one who got away. He's a monster now, but if he got his head out of his ass just a bit sooner, if he opened himself up more, maybe he could have... had that? A human relationship? With someone he slowly learned was far more deep and capable than Jons insecure ass in S1/2 could have ever known? Idk its really good. It's so good.
