The Bible says man was made after God’s own image, and he gave man Dominion over the earth and what’s in it, dominion doesn’t mean we just do whatever we want with nature, but have the responsibility to take care of it. We as humans have that responsibility, many of us don’t do anything along those lines, while others go overboard, we conserve nature so it’s a well balanced system. On one hand dominion means we are the dominant species, on the other it means we are to be responsible with the power we have over nature. We wouldn’t have and we definitely wouldn’t act on that responsibility if we were just another part of nature.

If anyone would like to know why Elsa's call is in this video: The call originates from a Gregorian chant from the 11th century called the Dies Irae. The original tune is actually really creepy sounding. I suggest you find the chant and listen to it for yourself. Many songs and movies use the call, either for a creepy scene in a movie to a nice beat (?) in a song. If you'd like to see it used in a song other than "Into The Unknown," Usher uses it in his song "More." John Fassold (I believe that's right) has made a video of them side by side as well!

If everyone was like her, the world would be a better place. Scientists have said that if we plant 1 trillion trees by 2030, then we would have reversed the damage we’ve done. ✨ I hope Putin has plans for peace and nature, though I’ve not heard about his perspective on climate change. In England, people voted in a Government who want to wait till 2050 to do enough, that’s 20 years late 😒 We have such a small voice, people like us, but it echoes, acknowledged by some, but not by others; and sometimes it takes a while to be heard. Is it just me or does she have a very powerful connection to the forest... I get a strong feeling of power and beauty when I watch her videos...

She is so strong, emotional intelligence.. strong in mind.. most of us will get depressed to live so alone and far away from " civilisation". It takes much more that it looks like . The winter in Sweden is HARD!!!

@@luluparl1245 if you want an easy winter come to some places around Södertälje where we hardly get snow at all 😂 but your right, takes great strength to live away from huge places like cities and towns. I really love this KZbin channel

For me, this was a calling "into the unknown" to find my roots … where did I come from? What was the 'landscape' like …. and how, by returning, may I find the lost parts of myself. Thank you for the call … it was very deep … very real.

Can you do a video about how you managed to leave the „normal“ life behind and start a life pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Beacause i think so many people admire your lifestyle but not many (me included) have the courage to do so. Love your Videos so much :)

She lives year round in an area that mostly has seasonal vacation homes. The funny thing is, even she has a vacation cottage in a more remote area. The preppers are big on things like that. In case of disaster they have a place to go that is already set up and equipped. As long as they can get gasoline for their car. My son wants to go to an electric car. Hybrids are getting to be popular.
