Jonny Benjamin tells his story - Stranger on the Bridge

Jonny is an award-winning mental health campaigner, author and public speaker.
In January 2014 he launched a social media campaign called "Find Mike" to help find the stranger who talked him out of taking his own life in 2008. The campaign went viral and within just two weeks Jonny found the stranger he was looking for (who was actually called Neil!). The two now campaign together to help raise awareness of mental health problems, and in 2014 their story was made into a documentary, The Stranger on the Bridge, and in 2018, a book.
