Breakfast and lunch together, due to being lazy and just need to tide up one dish, I prefer lot of good fatty and protein based food and vegetable. 1-2-3 meals a day with 3.500 to 4.500 kcal. Brings energy and I don t feel that dizzy like having carb based feedings. I learned this by preparing myself for long distance runs and ironmans, about 20 yrs ago. And the best is, that I am in my sixties for 4 years, and got better blood results. The only bad issue is, that I drink 0,5-1,0 L of coffee beside 2-3 L of water (juice or so disturbs my brain).
