I am so happy that i discovered Jon vlogs, which was on accident btw. I was watching videos about yachts and his vlog from the summer was in the upnext and i watched it, and while watching it I just thought he was some good looking prick with a lot of money and a hot wife; but for some reason i clicked on it channel and now im 15 vlogs in and i cant stop. Jon, it looks like you bought the old 16-35 v2 instead of the 16-35 V3, the old one dates from 2007 and the new one is way way sharper may i suggest you to call the shop for an upgrade swap ? And since you have a Canon mount you also might want to consider an Tokina ultra wide or the Canon 8-15mm for in-car footage ? ;) And the vlog looks great but it is missing a bit of the Marcus sprinkles of magic dust :)

And while I was watching Janni's vlog "A Typical Sunday" I got an idea that, as it's Christmas time, maybe it would be great to do something for people that were less fortunate...What about making some auction where you could sell your old clothes or other used stuff that you don't need anymore and donating the return from the auction to some charity? If you have the chance, check out Bald Face Lodge while you're up here in Canada.. Just outside of the town Nelson - in the heart of the west kootenays. Absolutely epic area for pow! And Nelson is a beautiful town with more restaurants per capita than New York!

I love snowboarding but i like going quick on skies. I had many ingeries on snowboard where i broke my collar bone which sucked. i have a very bad ankle inguru in which i hit the bone which keeps all the pressure on the ankles and im out for 3 months and i cant do any sport which sucks. Keep motivating people in what u r doing pease and love have a great day everyday and stay positive.

Hey Jon, Quick tip for the RED. Because its a Super 35 sensor, the 16mm lens is actually going to be around a 24mm lens. From what I heard, the wide lens of choice on a RED is the Tokina 11-16 F2.8. 11mm will become about 17mm so thats pretty wide. Now because the A7 that you guys use is full frame, a 16 lens is going to stay 16mm. Hope this helps :) Thats another reason why Casey uses a 10-18mm lens on his 70D. Even tho its 10mm, its not really 10mm on a crop sensor camera.
