Don't mean to be rude, but i've been a barista in the Netherlands for quite a few years and in my experience I learned that a flat white is more like a small cappuccino with an extra shot and less thick foam on top(flat). Could be wrong though. I also know that it is quite widely interpreted, so it will probably differ in Europe from Australia. Nevertheless, great vlog!

E.g. - let's say that he was flying on average 3 times per week back when he was a skiier - that would mean he made approximately 150 flights in a year.
