We live on East coast of FL. We don't have a pool heater. I feel your pain about no one giving sympathy when you live in sun and palm trees. We have a tradition on Jan 1 to jump in our pool no matter how cold. My wife started it to the amazement of me and my son!😎😳

You guys should use Backblaze to backup files! It's automatic so you don't even need to think about it, the initial backup can take a while depending on how many files you have but it's well worth knowing your files are safe.

Jon in Finland army is obligatory, and if you go to a certain place, you have to perform a hypothermia(?) test where you have to jump to ice water with full gear for 5 minutes and after that dismantle your weapon. Can't be that bad :D
