Tips from my wife who is expert gardener. Buy Kaskadtimjan Odoratus and plant in the slope. You will not need any additional soil, since it likes dry hills. Will look fantastic when it blooms in purple and will block all weeds.

@@arthurXIII I’m pretty sure the one in this video is actually the ESV, i could be wrong and it may just be the camera lens making it look longer, but I believe this is the long wheel base one. He wants the 3 row with the storage space. The shorter wheel base version you get the 3 rows, but if you have them up, you have basically no storage space behind them. The ESV, give you the space and the 3rd row seats 🤷🏻‍♂️. He said he’s not scared of a big car, so full send hahaha

@@jordanobrien6393 I also do think the one in the video is an ESV and it makes sense to get the ESV for all the points stated. I just prefer the standard wheelbase Escalade V but I wouldn’t be against a Platinum ESV or any other trim level ESV for the matter.

I'm one minute in but I have to say... why grass? it's going to be such a pain to mow. Do some cool large rocks/boulders with some perennials or succulents mixed in. Would look so good!

Try some Hydroseeding, they come and just spray seeds onto the side of the hill in a slurry of other stuff, it sticks and dose not wash away with rain and the slurry feeds the seeds.

The best way would be to use a slope stabilizing mat, there are several types to chose from. Straw matting could also be used👍😎🌳🌲

I‘m sure Jon knows about all the 6/7 seater options, and if he chooses the Escalade there will be a reason (maybe there‘s just more to work on than on an X7 for example, and we know he likes modifying his cars), but I‘d imagine the Escalade being a tad too big for European roads/ parking lots. Definitely a good idea to try it first!

Put a wall in there then have it leveled off towards the top. have it run further down to the left, tapering off and all the way up to drive way. Ensure the corner is sturdy and eventually put a gate in.

The Escalade can come all blacked out and the v. surprised he didn’t get that but then again it was probably an impulse buy. The fiber optic you just need to break it without looking intentional. Then they will fix it when people are out.
