The fever off-season has been damn near flawless. They got rid of the drama, the re signed Kelsey, they filled every flaw in the roster. They got vets. They are going to crush it and CC is going to show what she's been doing in the off season. The showtime fever are back!

Everything other than releasing Grace Burger. Should have kept her, because she is still on the rookie deal. She would have made the roster a full 12 so when the next two teams join next year they have a better option for “coring” during the expansion draft.🤷🏾‍♂️

Team needs to follow CC's lead and conform to her game. Gotta' be in shape to run with her. Also, refs need to nip that trying to injure Caitlin shit in the bud with ejections and suspensions if warranted. Keep the racist crap out of it and just call the game from a neutral standpoint.

I really do hope the league, with all the additional attention, eyeballs, and butts in seats, will realize that a subpar officiating pool will reflect very poorly on the brand. More people now to socialize and highlight the horrible calls, the missed calls, and the games that were absolutely affected by incompetent ref'ing. It's a new day and a new era and you have to protect it. Celebrate those that go you there, yeah, but be realistic about how popular it really was and how you could get away with bad officials because there wasn't that many people watching anyway.

I love the players the Fever have brought in, they all just make a ton of sense, & Satou will come to learn she chose incorrectly, but I do think we'll see & hear an important shift sometime this season, once games begin to be played. We're hearing a lot about championship experience from our new players, & that is important, but make zero mistake, this is CC's team, period. Now that her rookie season is behind her & she came in 4th in the MVP race, she'll have all of the governors removed & the full support of her team from the top down. Because of the winning, the notoriety, & financial opportunities that come with it, the Fever will be THE premier free agency destination for years to come in the W & they'll be doing a whole lot of winning, with a singular talent at the point.

Am I the only one rather put off by her "it's all about me" comments? In other words, she talks about what the Fever can do for her, how the Fever "promised" to do things for HER, how she wants to be in the Hall of Fame, and nothing about what she could do FOR the team. Not sure how that translates to being a positive force as a team player. I didn't like it at all.

Sure, she’s tickled pink somebody actually wanted her. The Wings were the worst defensive team in the W. That is fact. They gave up less points when Howard was on the bench than when she was on the court. Another fact. It’s all documented. She also won’t give the ball up when double teamed and takes crazy shots no matter how many she misses. She’s only 6’2” that’s small for a power forward. Reese dominated her every time they played each other and you can be sure Reese has gotten better. Howard’s looking to pad her offensive stats on this one year rental so she can sign for big money with another team next year. That’s if she doesn’t get hurt which she has a lot lately. On the bright side she’s one of their younger signings and will be only 34 this year. “The Over-The-Hill-Gang.” Lol.

Natasha (not speaking sexually) is a beauriful athlete. Better athlete than Boston, Hull or Fagbenle. Fagbenle was beautiful too, but was not a consistent shooter and got injured alot.

I’m concerned about the size of the Fever’s front court. I’m thinking Emma Meesseman and/or Elena Delle Donne are good options. High IQ veteran ballers with size. Anyone of these players equal an excellent Championship run. My point is without more height in the post, Boston will be barbecue chicken when matched up against Jonquel Jones 6’6 or Brittney Griner 6’9

Griner will not be a problem, the game will speed by her. So we may now know why Sabally didn't come to Indy, Amber may have thought Natasha is the better fit for the Fever. I must say this, they chose 3 players with diverse skills. Coach White probably knew that AT would not fit in Indy, but Bonner would. In a few months we will know how smart this 3 headed think tank is. Kelly needs to start training a steward. We don't want to lose all her expertise when she retires. CC could learn it.
